He places single hair grafts (micrografts) in the frontal hairline for a natural soft result, and a combination of micrografts and "multiple follicular unit grafts" behind the hairline. Multiple follicular unit graphs or "BUNDLES" contain more density in a single graft and appear more natural - the way mother nature intended. The result is:
